COMPANY HISTORYIn 1979 Scott's Painting, a general paint contracting company, was founded by Doug Scott to provide services in the Lake County area. Due to the hard work and dedication of our employees, Scott's Painting became Douglas E. Scott Enterprises, Inc. in 1988. In the years since then, our company has continued to grow in Lake County as well as surrounding counties to include both residential and commercial projects.
In 1999, Garek Scott stepped into his father's shoes, continuing his quest for perfection in the painting industry. Due to our commitment to service, excellence, honesty, and fairness, we have earned the respect of our contractors as well as our customers. We trust that you will find, as they have, that Douglas E. We also were selected to be the painters for several Parade of Homes entries. In fact, in the past six years, 12 homes awarded first place ribbons in the Lake County Parade of Homes were painted by Douglas E. Scott Enterprises, Inc.
